  4. To resolve on obtaining quotations required for grass cutting, hedge cutting, general tree work, bus shelters, bus shelter cleaning and odd jobs 2022-23.
  5. Draft budget – to consider the draft budget and resolve on the precept for 2022-23.
  6. Following applying for internet banking, we are unable to progress with the application unless the Chairman is a signatory. Therefore to resolve to complete a new bank mandate with existing signatories and to add Cllr. Alan Woodward as a signatory for the HSBC bank account.

Those attending will be sitting 2 metres from each other (unless Councillors are in the same household bubble). As we have limited space we ask that members of the public check with the Clerk beforehand if they wish to attend the meeting.

  • Hand sanitizer should be used on entry to the meeting.
