Asset Register
The Asset Register is the list of items that the Parish Council own and look after on behalf of the residents of Utterby.
Council Insurance
Our Parish Council has an insurance policy covering public liability and also the items on the asset register.
Council Standing Orders
The Standing Orders are the operating manual which the Council abides by, it lists all the guidelines by which the council is run and makes decisions.
Financial Regulations
The Financial Regulations list all the regulations by which the Parish Council operate on a finacial basis.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct promotes high standards of behaviour by Utterby Parish Council's members and co-opted members whenever they conduct the business of the Council.
Policies
The Council agree a list of policies every year by which the Parish Clerk and Members of the council are guided.
Freedom of Information
The Freedom of information act 2000 (FOIA) gives rights of public access to information held by public authorities.
