MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
Tuesday 13th May 2025 at 6PM
There were 15 people who attended the meeting, made up of Councillors, speakers and members of the public.
The Parish Council Clerk took the minutes.
1. Chairman’s introduction
The Chairman welcomed all present to the Annual Parish Meeting.
2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held Wednesday 8th May 2024.
The minutes were signed as a true record.
3. Annual Report - Utterby Parish Council
Cllr Newton, Chairman of the Parish Council, presented the Utterby Parish Council report.
4. Annual reports from village organisations: -
Reports were received from the following village groups and organisations: -
St Andrew’s District Church Council
Village Hall Committee
Team Utterby
5. Open Forum
Matters raised: -
The speed of traffic on Church Lane.
Concerns over the future of Benson Court and large trees on the site.
Cutting of the village green – weeds and dandelions were present.
Bus shelter needs painting.
The meeting closed at 7PM
